Overview

Located on the 2nd floor of the old building that is a piece of art history from the 19th century. The common entrance is for 2 apartments only, it is completely restored, is nice, safe and clean. Sadovaya street is the continuation of Deribasovskaya and it takes 2 minutes to walk there. Next door of the apartment building there is a very popular Mario's restaurant, shops, beauty saloons, bank AVAL, etc. There is a video and audio security system at the apartment. You can see at the screen your friends ringing the down stairs door and to unlock it from your apartment as there is a special electric lock there.
There are air condition at EACH room. Bed sheets and towels are of a luxury quality (real silk and high quality cotton). There is a large bath - heart shaped jaccuzi, bidet and a separate shower. Living room and one of two bedrooms designed in an asian style, another bedroom is spacious and designed in the French style. There are King size beds in each bedroom. Floors at the hall, kitchen and bathroom are warming in winter, it brings a great pleasure after walking on the cold and windy streets. There is a balcony overlooking the internal courtyard at the French bedroom with another large balcony from the living room overlooking Sadovaya street. This apartment has a full maid service. DVD, music and two liquid-crystall TV, computer with the unlimited FAST internet and fully functional kitchen.
