Just renovated (September, 2004) contemporary style, elegantly furnished Studio apartment, big closet, full bathroom, balcony, armored door. Deco-wall separating living area from sleeping area. Apartment has a double bed, sofa, two recliners. Cold/hot water for 24 hours a day, reset lighting, air conditioning, cable TV (including CNN, BBC etc. channels), phone, perfectly clean, safe, an excellent location.
