Overview

The apartment has just been completely renovated with the highest standards of modern living. Independent natural gas operated heating and hot water system. Heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Shower stall (no bathtub) in the bathroom. All appliances are of the highest quality, including fridge, built-in oven and ceramic hub cooker, washing machine, TV and music system. The apartment has two beautiful balconies (both restored to original design). The larger balcony is accessed from the bedroom and the smaller balcony is accessed from the kitchen. Both offer a good view and are facing mature trees which provide natural cover and privacy.
