Overview

This is a very large, bright and airy spacious flat about 70 sq metres and just5 walk minutes from the main central shopping area of the city. This is a two roomed flat with separate large kitchen and bathroom and good stairs situated on 3rd floor (second in English). The Flat has is a large bedroom with Veneto mattress as standard so you will get a good sleep here, the street is one way and very quite and calm at nights and weekends. There is a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee on, the main rooms are fitted with European standard furniture including a sofa in the main room for more guests if required (chargeable). The flat has been completely renovated to European standards. There is a large new fitted kitchen with all appliances. Fridge cooker etc, the bathroom is also large with bath and shower, independent water tank and pump. The flat has its own gas central heating system but as the flat is in an Austrian building the walls are almost a metre thick made from brick so its well insulated, all new double glazed windows. Overall this is a flat we feel more suited for weekly rentals as very comfortable and bright but of course daily rents are possible.
