Saundersfoot, in West Wales is full of exciting places to explore and experience.
The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is laden with some of the most beautiful, award winning beaches, secret coves and stunning scenery. It in fact has more Blue Flag beaches than any other area of the UK .
The Apartments are beautifully presented and situated only approximately 25 yards from Saundersfoot's bustling village centre which has a host of good eating establishments, local shops as well as its sandy beach and pretty harbour.
The Apartments have been completely refurbished in recent months and have been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Beds are made up in readiness for your arrival. There is a 3pm takeover time. We ask you to vacate by 10.30am.
Both Apartments comprise of an open plan Kitchen / Diner / Lounge: An attractive modern kitchen comprehensively fitted with electric oven, gas hob, integral large fridge / freezer and automatic washing machine / drier. Other features include microwave oven, dining table and chairs.
The lounge areas have sofa's a coffee table, hi-fi, plasma television with freeview and DVD player.
There are two spacious Bedrooms, one with an en-suite Shower Room; and a further fully fitted bathroom.
Rent is inclusive of gas fired central heating and electricity.
Bed linen and a supply of towels are also supplied at no extra charge. Sorry, pets only by agreement and no smoking in the apartment.
