Overview

The Stackpole Inn bed & breakfast accommodation will be opening in April 2006 and consists of four high quality twin / double bed en-suite rooms. Two of the rooms have pull out sofa beds, making them ideal family rooms. The rooms are situated in a standalone building in the grounds of the inn.

Facilities will be available for walkers, cyclists, fishermen, climbers and of course those of us who just want to relax and do nothing ! All can benefit from our award winning dining facilities.

We are proud to say that the UK licensed trade magazine, The Morning Advertised, has voted us Best Food Pub Wales for the years 2005 & 2006 and we have been awarded the Pembrokeshire Food Mark in recognition of our use of the very best of local produce.

Our high quality home cooked food has earned us a place in many of the top guides including The AA Best Pubs For Food Lovers - The Michelin Guide - The Which Pub Guide - Country Pubs & Inns of Wales and many more.

Locations don't come much more exciting than this. We are within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and just 15 minutes walking distance of the Pembrokeshire Costal Path, Stackpole Quay and Barafundle Bay - described by the Sunday Times as "a desert island dream beach in Wales." Close by are the Stackpole Trust Centre, the Lilly Ponds of Bosherston and the stunning beach - Broad Haven. Also St Govans Chapel, The Green Bridge of Wales ( a huge natural arch) and Stack Rocks (a bird watchers paradise) are a short drive away, as are the beaches of Freshwater East and Freshwater West for the more energetic surfers amongst us.

Climbers of all grades visit the area to tackle the cliff faces, fishermen will enjoy casting from the beaches and rocks, or perhaps going out by boat with local fishermen and, not forgetting the children, there are events and fun at Pembroke Castle, Folly Farm and Oakwood Leisure Park all only 20 minutes drive away.
