Overview

The property lies in unique and beautiful surroundings with woodlands and the Dolgoch Falls on one side and spectacular views across to Afon Dysynni and the Esgair Berfa hills on the other. Minutes from the Tal-y-Llyn steam railway station, it has woodland walks on one doorstep and mountain views/walks on the other.

The coast is 10 minutes drive away in one direction and Tal-y-Llyn Lake at the foot of Cadair Idris is a similar distance inland.
Awarded the coveted 4-star "excellent quality" grading by Wales Tourist Board. The property comprises; on the upper level, a good-size lounge with dining area and a well fitted and equipped kitchen.

On the lower level, 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. The main bedroom (with en-suite WC and wash-hand basin) has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds with space for a travel cot etc. The bathroom has bath with shower, pedestal hand-basin and WC. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobes and drawer space. The rear (twin) bedroom also features a stable door leading out onto a lower walkway in the communal garden.
