Use M40 or M1 then M6/M54/A5/A458 and A470 to Dolgellau By Pass.



From the south west

Use M5/M6 then as above



From the north

Use M6/M56 to Chester, then A494 to Dolgellau By Pass.



From Dolgellau by pass (A470) take the A493 coast road towards Tywyn and Fairbourne.
Pass through Penmaenpool before passing a slate quarry on your left and descending down into the village of Arthog.

The road widens after passing a small terrace of houses on the left.

Garthyfog Camping & Caravan Site is situated 200 yds from the terrace on the left. The entrance is signposted on the right and there is also a sign for the village hall.

From Shrewsbury



Take the Cambrian Coast Line to Morfa Mawddach Station (Between Fairbourne & Barmouth stations). Garthyfog Camping & Caravan Site is approx. 1 mile away.
