Overview

Accommodation is provided in two rooms on the first floor for a maximum of five guests. Each room is equipped with fully sprung 3ft single divan beds, colour television,hairdryer,tea and coffee making facilities and welcome tray. Individually controlled electric heaters are fitted in bedrooms to ensure a comfortable stay.
Room one is a twin bedded room with en-suite & an electric power shower situated at the front of the property.
Room two is also at the front of the property and is a twin bedded room with a third fully sprung bed if required. A private bathroom with over bath shower and separate toilet is provided.
A quiet guest lounge equipped with a music system,games, books and tourist information on the ground floor for use of residents adjacent to the dining room.
Guests can be assured of a warm and friendly welcome at Briarbank.
Clean and well presented. Refurbished in 2007. Guests are ensured a relaxing stay with a hearty breakfast refreshed to begin another day.
