Dunedin is located in the heart of Kirkcaldy, close to shops and restaurants, and just a short stroll from the bus and rail terminals. Private parking is available and we are happy to store golf clubs or bicycles securely for our guests.

A former church manse built in 1854, Dunedin has been extensively refurbished to provide contemporary and stylish accommodation. All bedrooms have private shower rooms or en-suite facilities and are warm, clean, relaxing and individually designed.

Your Hosts:

Yvonne and Les Duffy moved to Kirkcaldy when Dunedin came on the market. They have one daughter, Ashley, aged eleven.

Les says:
“Having known the previous owners, we jumped at the chance to buy Dunedin when it came on the market in 1990. We've completely restored and redecorated the whole property and thoroughly enjoyed lavishing our home with the attention to detail that is evident when you walk through the door.”

Dunedin isn't a “typical” Bed & Breakfast - It's more than that. It's a spacious and contemporary family home that happens to be a Bed & Breakfast - and a very comfortable one too!
