A cosy cottage ideally situated for exploring central Scotland. Close to Edinburgh, Stirling and St Andrews with day trips to Loch Ness and the Highlands easily manageable. Situated on an old non working farm the property is rural yet only 2 miles from the nearest village with pub, shop and petrol station. Kinross, the nearest town, (with good bus links and a park and drive to Edinburgh) is only a short drive and has a tourist information, restaurants, supermarket etc. It is also the site of Loch Leven a main tourist attraction with a superb new cycle path/easy walk around it including restaurant stops.
