Overview
The accommodation Mike & Nonna offer to guests in The Cottage is quite self contained, making it the ideal place in which to relax and make yourselves at home after spending a day exploring the beauty of the highlands.
As well as the guest sitting room and dining room there are just two bedrooms, both of which are ensuite, spacious and decorated to the highest standards.
The elegantly furnished bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with bath and shower. They also have walk-in closets that are big enough to swallow even the largest suitcases.
Each room is equipped with Digital TV, clock/radio/CD player, silent mini-fridge, hospitality tray, fluffy bathrobes and iron and ironing board.
Guests are invited to help themselves from the buffet before ordering their choice of cooked breakfast.
Mike and Nonna have been in the hospitality business for many years and are well experienced in providing for the discerning traveller.
The Cottage is situated in a quiet residential street, about five minutes walk from the River Ness and ten minutes from the city centre. Bruce Gardens is just off the A82, which is the road coming out of Inverness to Loch Ness.
Inverness is an ideal location to base yourself whilst touring the Highlands, there are many day tours that start from the city centre. The City of Inverness has an excellent selection of restaurants and most are are within and easy stroll from The Cottage, so once you have arrived you can leave the car in our car park and relax.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
