Set in the centre of Glasgow city is this spacious studio flat which is part of the newly refurbished Art-Eco building Beresford in Sauchiehall Street. It is surrounded by restaurants, bars, pubs and shops, public transport is in front of the door and most city attractions and cultural points of interest are within easy reach. The fully equipped Studio has its own kind of style alone through the Beresford art eco building and its high ceilings.
Concierge, cctv, and security entry make a safe and welcoming environment.


The apartment itself
The modern open plan kitchen with hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumbledryer gives the comfort and convenience of home.

The Dining area for 4 guests is located by a window giving a bright and airy atmosphere.

The bathroom is modern bright and fully tiled. There is a double walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
There is a Kingsize bed and a Futon for two additional guests if required. A Travelcot is also available.

Flat screen TV, Play-station to play and to watch DVDs.


OPPORTUNITIES
The apartment is an ideal alternative for the discerning holiday or business traveller. Glasgow's three Universities - Glasgow, Strathclyde and Caledonian - can all be easily reached by foot or public transport.

It is also ideal for touring Scotland. Edinburgh, Loch Lomond and Ayrshire are all within easy reach. Loch Lomond is only 30 minutes away by car. Many of Scotland's golf courses and Edinburgh are within easy reach.
