The apartment has recently been completed to a high standard and is located on the first floor with secure entry system, an allocated parking space, and gas central heating. The seperate kitchen has integrated appliances including washer dryer, fridge freezer, dish washer, and a microwave. The lounge/dining area has a contemporary feel, dining table and chairs, a leather sofa bed and two relaxing leather chairs, great to sit back and watch the LCD TV with freeview or even a DVD.
