This large 3 storey townhouse is centrally located in the highly desirable West End area of Edinburgh. This building dates back from the 1860s (with various period features) and is split over three levels - the two upper floors are linked by an elegant sweeping staircase. It also benefits from secondary glazing (front facing windows) a magnificent cupola in the upper hall. It is within close proximity to shops, restaurants, bars, EICC and historic sites.

As it's only in the West End the apartment is a 5 minute walk to Princes Street, where you will find plenty of Edinburgh's best shops. The apartment is also only a 10 minute walk to the old town and Edinburgh's top bars and nightclubs like Lava Ignite, Berlin, Picture House and Subway. If your group doesn't fancy walking, then a black cab will take you there around £5.



Located just a few doors away from the apartment is Jasper coffee and juice bar which has a great range options for breakfast and lunch, a great place to get a full Scottish breakfast after a night on the town.



The apartment is just off Morrison Street which is a busy street, with plenty of cafes and bars. One in particular Cuba Norte' is a Cuban restaurant with tapas, salsa dancing and a great selection of cocktails. A great place to begin your night.



Only 5 minutes walk away is Fountain bridge Leisure centre which offers a cinema, bowling alley, casino and a number of bar/restaurants.
