Overview

Personal service and attention to detail are the key points in our stylish and contemporary small hotel. With only seven bedrooms we are more like a luxury bed and breakfast but offer much more. Cooked breakfast choice with vegetarian options is included in our tariff (continental breakfast in our four star apartment). Parking is secure and free and we offer free broadband internet access with wi-fi for those with their own laptop.We are non-smoking, gay friendly, and yet suitable for couples wanting a quiet break in the city. We also have a snack menu and have a drinks license.
Our location is on the main route from Edinburgh Airport but only 15 minutes walk from Princes Street and the main attractions of Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile beyond.
