It is within 2 minutes walk of:
St Giles Cathedral, Edinburgh Festival Fringe Office, Mary King's Close.
Open top city tour buses, historical walks and ghost tours. Tours to other parts of Scotland e.g. Loch Ness and the Highlands. Award winning restaurants, bistros, cafes, clubs and pubs also close by.
5 minutes walk to Princes Street, Gardens, Waverley***, Edinburgh University, and great shops. Only 7 minutes walk to Edinburgh Castle.

There is a secure entry door and intercom at ground level, and a carpeted stairway leads to the apartments.
