APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Built in 2006 these stylish apartments in Leith have lift access to all levels and secure entry phone system as well as secure parking for over 100 cars. All of our apartments have two comfortable bedrooms which can be arranged as twins or doubles on request and have all linen and towels provided. Your apartment has two private bathrooms with powerful shower and bath. Our fully fitted kitchens include utensils, toaster, oven, microwave and washing machine. Our Harbour Apartments have a comfortable lounge with a dining area, TV and DVD player. In addition there are futon beds which can provide accommodation for two extra people.

LOCATION
The Harbour apartments are located on a stylish new development in the vibrant area of Leith while the Edinburgh City Centre is just 20 minutes away. Once a busy shipping port, Leith has undergone a huge regeneration and redevelopment in recent years. It is now home to the Scottish Executive and attractions such as the Royal Yacht Britania and the Ocean Terminal. This cosmopolitan area has a wide variety of restaurants, cafés and bars, with something to please every taste.
The Harbour Apartments offer a real alternative to a hotel room. Run on a hotel basis with a minimum one night stay we offer 4 Star accommodation and the freedom and flexibility of your own apartment for the same price as a hotel room.
Please note the Leith redevelopment project will be completed by 2008, however in the meantime some apartments do have views which include work sites as well as the Firth of Forth.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
