This attractive studio apartment has gas central heating and parking - a south facing courtyard which is lovely to sit out in. The apartment has a lounge and kitchen: separate bedding area; separate shower room; separate w/c and wash hand basin and plenty of cupboard space.
The apartment is 1 mile from Portobello, Edinburgh's seaside resort. Opposite the apartment there is Brunstane burn with cycle path which leads to Newhailes House (National Trust for Scotland) and central Edinburgh the other way (bikes can be made available). A good train and bus service is in operation and a 44n bus operates throughout the night. A supermarket is within walking distance of the apartment.
