Victorian end terraced villa built in 1820 overlooking arthurs seat to the front of the house and the pentland hills to the back .
Rooms have traditional victorian cornice , and tastefully decorated . Cosy dining area where you can see the breakfast being freshly cooked to order , haggis served daily and a wee dram !!
