Situated in a secure gated complex within the Grassmarket area of the Old Town, it is ideally located for exploring all of Edinburgh's well-known attractions. The Grassmarket is well known for its vibrant selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants providing excellent choice when eating out. The Castle, Royal Mile and Princes Street are only a short walk away.The apartment is quietly situated to the rear of the building with excellent views of the Castle. In the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, there are 2 leather sofas and a dining table which will seat 4 people comfortably. A baby highchair is also available. The kitchen is well equipped with enough crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment for 4 people. There is a toaster, kettle, teapot and cafetiere. A television with freeview, a DVD player and a stereo system are provided with a choice of DVDs and CDs. The double bedroom is spacious with crisp cotten bedlinen supplied and ample storage space. Two single fold-up beds are provided as well as a baby cot and these can be used in either the lounge or the bedroom. Linen and duvets are provided for the single beds but not for the baby cot. The bathroom is well equipped with a bath with shower over, toilet and handwash basin. Towels will be provided for each guest staying.
