The Abcorn is a detached stone villa in its own grounds with it's own private parking. It is one mile from the centre of Edinburgh but in a quiet area and on a main bus route into the centre of Edinburgh, where there is a vast historic and cultural area, including the castle and the palace. All rooms have their own en suite bathrooms with showers, and the house is entirely non smoking.
