Anna's home faces South over playing fields looking across to the whole extent of Edinburgh's skyline from Arthur's Seat to Edinburgh Castle.

Number 18 is in a quiet no-through-road Victorian terrace off Inverleith Row, and is literally a minute's walk from the Edinburgh Royal Botanic Garden and Arboretum, and a 15 minute walk to Princes Street. The centre of town is served by regular buses which take 5 minutes to get there.

Anna Rossi Raman (who is Italian and also speaks French) can recommend several good restaurants and take-aways nearby. She also recommends you take the pleasant walk along the Water of Leith to Stockbridge and the Gallery of Modern Art.
