This attractive self-contained studio apartment has been formed from part of a large family home, conveniently located in a quiet residential area of Dunfermline - Scotland's ancient capital. With easy access to road, rail and bus networks, the apartment is ideally situated for exploring Dunfermline, Edinburgh, central Scotland and beyond...

The accommodation comprises ground-floor entry hall with stairs leading to bed-sitting room with double-bed, fitted wardrobe and TV with FreeView digital decoder and video recorder; fully-equipped ground-floor kitchen with breakfast table; ground-floor shower room / WC. The flat is suitable for two people, however on request a folding single bed is available for a third occupant.

The apartment is about three minutes' drive from the centre of Dunfermline - or around ten minutes by bus. Edinburgh can be easily reached by rail: it takes only five minutes to walk to Rosyth railway station, then it's a twenty minute train ride to central Edinburgh.
