Broich Steading Cottage is a very special place to stay - it lies out of site, hidden away half a mile down a tree lined drive, tucked away from the world! - yet is within easy walking distance of Crieff town centre. In the distance the Grampian foothills make a spectacular backdrop.

The Steading provides luxury accommodation for two - four people right in the heart of Perthshire. It is a self contained wing of The Steading - totally separate and the accommodation finished to a very high standard. It is comfortable and luxurious while remaining practical for those holidaying with families. The cottage has its own entrance, driveway and parking area. There is a suntrapped patio and garden with gorgeous views - perfect for a bbq or outside dining.
All year round Crieff and Perthshire offer amazing holiday activities - for couples, families and groups travelling together historic castles, churches, country towns, local markets, excellent restaurants and pubs. Outdoor pursuits; golf there are nearly forty golf courses in Perthshire , tennis courts and a swimming pool within easy walking distance. Also riding, cycling, climbing, wildlife parks and many more things to do...For culture, Perth and Stiriling are less than 20 miles away, adn Edinburgh and Glasgow are easy for a day trip - taking about an hour by road to each. Gleneagles Hotel and Auchterarder are about 8 miles away.

Amenities & services

Luxury ground floor vacation accommodation with a large spacious open plan sitting/dining room, with an archway in between this room extends to nearly thirty five feet and has French door opening outside to the garden and patio area. with views toward the mountains. The large eating area has high ceilings, there is a sturdy pine farmhouse table wonderful for eating or playing games on! There is seating for up to six in case you have guests during your stay. The sitting room has a cosy wood burning stove and two large sofas, to relax on. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave.

The bathroom is recently fitted with modern appliances and there is constant hot water! The bedrooms are stylishly furnished and the beds are very comfortable. Freshly laundered cotton sheets and an abundance of pillows and fresh flowers await your arrival.
The cottage has full central heating and log burning stove (logs included free of charge). A welcome back of tea time essentials and other goodies is supplied for your arrival (usually includes a home baked cake). There is a bookshelf with guide books, and novels, a games cupboard with cards and board games, CD'S, DVD's and a wonderful chess set to keep you amused during an evening in by the cosy wood burner.
