On upper level is a double room with en-suite shower room (cot-bed available), and a triple room with three single beds. Central Heating throughout and gas fire in living room. Enclosed garden to rear of property with patio, lawn and flower beds. Perfect place to relax with a drink on those long Scottish summer evenings!

Sandcastle Cottage is in Nethergate, Crail - the houses opposite have back gardens running down to the Fife coastal path. There is a children's play area at Roome Bay with access opposite the cottage, and there is a rocky beach there with pools perfect for rock-pooling. Crail is 10 miles from St Andrews and about 52 miles from Edinburgh. Wonderful open views. Lovely village with shops to provide all you need for self-catering.
