Shielbrae house is surrounded by farm land in an area ideal for walking, cycling etc. Trout fishing and off road driving are available nearby.



The house has a large kitchen, with AGA, large dining room and 3 living rooms, each with open fire or woodburning stove (one with double bedsettee). There is a large party/lecture room with table tennis table.
There are 3 family bedrooms and a large dorm style room with 8 beds.

The large garden is enclosed and there is separate parking for 6-8 cars.



There is an adjacent field for horses, and plenty of parking for lorries/horse boxes, by arrangement.



The house is in a good location for touring Central Scotland, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Loch Lomond, The Trossachs & St.Andrews. More local attractions include Blair Drummond Safari Park, The Falkirk Wheel, Stirling castle, The Old Town Jail and The National Wallace Monument.



There are many golf courses, distilleries and shopping opportunities nearby.
