Overview
This is a recently constructed terrace house ideally placed to enjoy the Mountains of Mourne and Tollymore Forest Park, with their many fine walks, picnic areas and rich diversity of wild life. For the energetic there are equestrian centres, mountain sports and world famous golf courses nearby. The popular resort of Newcastle and the fine beaches at Murlough are only two miles away.
The house is fully double glazed and has gas central heating.
On the first floor is the livingroom, giving views to the Mourne mountains. The room is comfortably furnished with an open fire, TV, video and games chest.
There are also two bedrooms (one with bunk beds, one single) and a bathroom on this floor.
On the ground floor is the ensuite master bedroom, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge freezer.
To the rear is a paved patio, screened by fence and shrubs and with garden furniture.
There is easy parking to the front.

The house is set in a quiet courtyard 100 meters from the village shop and post office. Newcastle, which is only 2 miles away, has large grocery stores, a wide variety of other shops, a range of restaurants and bars, and a variety of entertainment for all ages. The historical towns of Downpatrick, Armagh, Belfast and Newry are all within short drives. Locally there are numerous hill and forest trails for walking, horseriding and mountain bikes. There are world famous golf courses nearby.

There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and four ring hob, microwave, and washing drying machine. There dining area is set off the kitchen and leads through to the rear patio. The patio is screened with a wooden fence and shrubs, it has garden chairs and table. The main double bedroom with ensuite is on the ground floor.
Upstairs there is the livingroom with TV and video, and open fire in the winter. There are a further two bedrooms on this floor, one with bunk beds the other with a single bed. There is also a batroom with bath and over shower on this floor.
Bedding for all beds is supplied and changed weekly.
Heating and water is included in the costs. Pets are not permitted in the house.
