Overview

Set in a quiet rural area of Fermanagh's Lakeland at the edge of Riversdale Forest. With its walks and wildlife alongside the beautiful Ballycassidy River which is famous for fishing; Garden House Cottage is in the perfect location for relaxing and sightseeing. Don't miss the chance to sample the local shopping and traditional Irish pubs & grub in the nearby town of Enniskillen. Cot and high chair supplied. Recently refurbished lounge includes,feature fire place real fire coal or log burner, oil fired central heating, pine flooring and patio doors.

All this bodes for a truely peaceful holiday where you can just get away from it all.



Pets

Well behaved pets are welcome. You are advised to bring a pet basket with bedding and a throw to protect furniture. Any additional cleaning, pet hairs, walls covered with dirt from dogs shaking etc will necessitate an additional cleaning fee of £20 at the end of your stay.




The Cottage is in a quiet, rural area, in the heart of Ulster's Fermanagh Lakeland, on the edge of Riverdale Forest and beside Ballycassidy River. It is a perfect location for relaxing or sightseeing. The local Ballycassidy Post Office is within walking distance and Enniskillen, Ballinmallard or Irvinestown are just ten minutes away by car. Lough Erne and Ballycassidy River are world famous for fishing. Castle Archdale Country Park is a short distance by car while this is also a convenient location for visiting the famous Marble Arch Show Caves or National Trust Properties at Florence Court and Castlecoole. The cottage is bright and modern with oil fired central heating, and comprises large living room, TV, DVD player, VCR with large selection of films. There is an open fire for burning logs or turf, a kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms that sleeps six, a bathroom with electric shower and shaving point. There is also an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and barbecue. Everything is installed to make your visit a pleasant one. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric cooker, electric fridge, washing machine, and microwave oven. Utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are also provided.
