Cradled in mature gardens and green fields, Newforge provides a unique opportunity to stay in an historic Irish Georgian Country House.

Built in 1785, Newforge was lovingly restored before opening to guests in May 2005. Original features like fireplaces, sash windows and cornicing have been retained, whilst lavish modern bathrooms and excellent beds have been installed to ensure the ultimate in comfort.

First class food is an important feature of the welcome to guests. Particular care is taken to sourcing the best local produce and meals are carefully prepared to order by John, a trained chef.
