Welcome to Baille Hill House, the only holiday cottage in York city centre with self catering accommodation for 10 people.

This Georgian style self catering holiday house overlooks the York medieval city walls.

It is more convenient than other large holiday rentals in York.

All the food stores, pubs and restaurants you could need are less than 5 minutes walk. This makes a self catering in York much easier and means you can concentrate on enjoying your vacation. You can walk to all the major York historic buildings and shopping areas. You don't have to worry about parking. You will also find your York holiday cottage well placed for day trips to many other Yorkshire holiday attractions and the North Yorkshire Moors.

Your holiday accommodation in York is located on a riverside development with direct access to river walks.

If you have children you will find Rowntrees Park a real pleasure being only 2 minutes safe walking along the river bank.

We have private parking for up to 3 cars, which for a cottage holiday and vacation rental in York city centre is a real advantage.
