Overview

The Ravensworth is a traditonal Lakeland stone built guesthouse offering guests an accommodation enviroment with true character and luxury touches. Many original features have been retained, with the addition of a fine conservatory breakfast room.
We're conveniently located on the edge of Windermere village and have easy access to the many attractions of the Lake District National Park. We're privately owned and run, and ensure all our guests receive a warm welcome and a comfortable stay in this most beautiful area of Lakeland, close to Lake Windermere and all it's attractions.
We have rooms with single, double, twin, super king-size and four-poster beds.
Every room is en-suite, most with bath and shower, and include tea/coffee making facilities, tv & dvd, clock radio with alarm and Ipod dock.
We have luxury rooms with king-size four-poster beds, bath robes, dvd and filter coffee machine.
We also have rooms on the ground floor with private patio.

The Ravensworth is two minutes walk from the centre of Windermere village where there are various shops and restaurants. It is only fifteen minutes walk to Lake Windemere through shady lanes and woods. In twenty minutes you can reach a fine view point with wonderful views of the lake and mountains.
