Briardene Guest House/Bed and breakfast was built in 1880 using local stone and slate. We are situated just 2 minutes from Windermere Village in the beautiful Lake District and 20 minute walk to Lake Windermere. We offer excellent accommodation, all our rooms are en-suite, tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. In our bed and breakfast we offer a warm welcome and comfortable stay where we have standard doubles, superior doubles with king-size beds, twin rooms and deluxe accommodation. We offer a superb breakfast menu choice catering for all diets and use local produce. We are exclusively NON-SMOKING. We have private parking. Sorry we are unable to accept children or pets.

We are situated just a 2 minute from Windermere Village where there are an excellent range of shops, pubs, restaurants. Only 10 minute from train/bus station and only 30 minute drive from M6 motorway. Lake Windermere is only a 20 minute walk away where you can see Beatrix Potter, go on a Lake Cruise or just enjoy the scenery.
