Overview

1 Park Road is award winning contemporary accommodation in the heart of Windermere village. A recently refurbished former gentleman's residence that has a unique art-deco feel having been stylishly decorated in modern relaxing tones which blend beautifully with original features such as our original tiled flooring, the 19th Century stained glass windows, the ornate fireplaces and cornicing and our fully restored pitch pine staircase, doors and shutters.
All of our extremely large, high-ceiling rooms can comfortably cater for singles, couples and families up to four. As the property has been sympathetically restored, not one of our rooms has been subdived and they maintain their original spacious feel. They all enjoy excellent quality furniture and linen, private En-suite shower facilities, Colour TV, DVD Player (A large selection of Movies are available to rent on-site), CD Player and Tea & Coffee making facilities. Our Superior Rooms enjoy the luxury of having more space in which to relax.

South Lakes Junction 36 off the M6 and follow the signs to the centre of Windermere. Travel past all of the shops and take a left into Broad Street when you see the Parking sign. Proceed to the end of the road and turn right, you will see us on the left hand corner. There is parking for 4 cars at the front of the property and lots of additional free parking further up along Park Road.
