Overview

The West Cliff of Whitby with its marvelous views of the Abbey, Sandsend and out to sea, is the home of our delightful, spacious holiday cottage, Victoria House. A very comfortable period town house, the property is quietly situated, yet only a short walk from Whitby Old Town across the harbour swing bridge.

The cottage has been beautifully designed in keeping with its original Victorian style, and provides spacious and luxurious accommodation for six people.

Heavy drapes, chaise lounges, deep comfy sofas, lovely beds and soft lamps make Victoria House a delightful place to stay at any time of the year.

Sleeps 6 in three bedrooms: 1 Double Cast Iron Bedstead and 4 single beds, Z-Bed for an additional Guest, Fresh bed linen and duvets, Towels (not beach towels)and Cot and Highchair.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
