Fern Cottage B&B, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk is a delightful B&B, tucked away, close to the town centre. Comfortable rooms and delicious breakfasts.
Fern Cottage has private parking and is relaxing and restful with just two double bedrooms, one with ensuite and the other having its own private bathroom.
There are tea/coffee facilities and a TV in each room and seating overlooking the front courtyard which, in summer, is a mass of hollyhocks and other traditional English country garden flowers.
The footpath runs from our doorstep to the quay, to the beach, to the coastal path and away from the rest of the world.
