Overview

A Luxury cottage situated close to Rock, Padstow and Polzeath.
The cottage consists of an open plan ground floor with a sitting area with comfortable seating for 6, a DVD player, 28” digital TV.
The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6, a high-chair is also available. A well equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washer/drier.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a luxury King Size bed. The 2nd bigger bedroom has 2 single beds and 2 foldouts both have ample wardrobe and drawer space. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. All the rooms are furnished, decorated and accessorised to a very high standard.The cottage is set in large lawned communal gardens and enjoys spectacular views over the camel estuary to Bodmin Moor and beyond.
