We offer our guests holiday and business accommodation with quality and style in relaxing surroundings at our four star rated guesthouse. The Cleveland is situated in a quiate location just a short walk from the
main Torquay seafront and popular harbour side area. We are a fully licensed establishment with spacious public rooms for you to enjoy the views over the sunny garden terrace and lawn.
