Ideal for bithdays, weddings, anniversaries and Family reunions.
Log fire in the comfortable and spacious lounge. Luxury bathroom suites with various styles of bathrooms-all fabulous!!The 4 Bedrooms are individualy furnished. Two King Size beds and up to 6 single beds. Sleeps up to 10

There is scope for possible further accomodation in the garden room. Teenagers love this huge attic space.

Outside the house has its own Blubell wood and pond. There are two river meadows to roam and nearly a mile of private riverbank. Exclusive game fishing for the coveted Exe Salmon and trout is availiable by arrangement.A fishing hut overlooking the river can be hired by the day.
Weddings
House is licensed for Civil Partnerships from Summer 2006 and makes an ideal setting for small intimate weddings. You can hire the house and garden to arrage your own private wedding in a most beautiful and romantic setting. Ideal for honeymoons too.

This Luxurious house is in a very large 2 acre garden overlooking the River Exe Valley. The setting is private and there are good views and vistas up and down this wooded valley. The gardens joins up with a further 20 acres of River meadows to roam. There is exclisive fishing on a private beat, some of the best Salmon and trout fishing in Devon can be had on our private stretch of river. If fishing is not your thing then enjoy the peace and tranquility of the river meadows and the dappled light on the river. This is a wonderful place.
The attactions of Devon are all within an easy drive. The cultural city of Exeter is less than half an hours drive and contrasting North and south devon beaches are within an easy drive. The house is just 15 minutes from the moterway with connections to most areas in the South West of England. about a 3 hour drive from London.

Great scenery locally and in the National parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor are within easy access.
