Overview

Totmans Farm (no longer a working farm) stands on the brow of the hill at the southern end of Thaxted, surrounded by beautiful Essex countryside. The bed and breakfast suites are a few minutes walk from buses (Stansted Airport), pubs and shops. Each suite consists own private sitting room with TV/Video, bedroom and ensuite shower room. Early departures no problem as a self-service style Continental breakfast is taken in your own room. There is a family room that sleeps four and one room with wheelchair access on the ground floor. The rooms are accessed from a communal conservatory where you will find additional seating to view the wonderful sunsets that Thaxted has to offer. An ideal location for a relaxed weekend break, the business man looking for a Monday-Friday base or for a stop-over for Stansted Airport. Self catering cottages also available. Whatever the reason for your visit, a warm welcome awaits you in Thaxted. Transfers can be arranged on your behalf.
