Bay View has two bedrooms, one with a modern four poster and the other has three single beds. There is a bed settee in the lounge for flexibility.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, full cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble drier and a host of equipment.
The bathroom has bath with shower over and grab rails are provided by the wc and bath.
A ramp can be provided for wheelchair access.
Rear gardens are enclosed and are ideal for children and two well behaved dogs.
