This bedroom also features a super kingsized bed and wall mounted flat screen T.V.A further spacious bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms, and has a full Jaccuzi bathroom suite along with an electric shower enclosure. Further facilities are available within the ground floor cloakroom which provides W.C. And wash hand basin.All of the bedrooms have T.V. and are located on the 1st floor. The second of the double bedrooms has a kingsized bed, whilst the remaining bedrooms are equipped with three foot divan beds.The spacious entrance hall leads onto all of the principle rooms, and the formal dining room has solid oak furniture and a gas fire with coal effect.The comfortable lounge has excellent panoramic views, as does the study, kitchen and conservatory.The kitchen features masses of storage facilities with a range cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A useful breakfast bar is provided in a semi-circular configuration around a wall mounted T.V. Whilst the expansive granite work surface is provided with a range of labour saving appliances such as Kenwood Chef food mixer, Gaggia espresso machine and Electric deep fat fryer. A separate utility room houses a further fridge and freezer, ideal for chilling drinks, and also a Miele washing machine and tumble drier.Opening out from the kitchen, french doors lead onto the balcony where bistro style tables and chairs provide for al fresco dining. The views are breathtaking. The conservatory, also sharing those stunning views, is also accessed via the kitchen, and provides an interesting relaxation area.
