Fir Trees apartment has been recently renovated and styled in neutral tones with modern appliances including an electric oven, gas hobs, microwave, washer/drier etc.to ensure you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. A breakfast bar between the kitchen and lounge provides guests with a spacious open plan living and dining area.
The lounge also has a double sofa bed, two reclining leather chairs with reading lamps positioned for a relaxing read or for watching TV or a DVD.
There is a twin bedded room with very comfortable mattresses to ensure a good nights sleep, fitted wardrobes and dressing table and a shower room adjacent to this with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Harnham is a select area of Salisbury providing historical walks over Old Harnham Bridge to Salisbury's Cathedral Close and another walk via the town path through the water meadows where Constable painted his famous picture of Salisbury Cathedral. The apartment has a long shared driveway and a pebbled front garden and rear garden with a lawn. Deck chairs are provided for outdoor seating. The kitchen has all modern appliances including a washer/drier, fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven and a microwave. Seating is at a breakfast bar with four comfortable swivel chairs.

Relax in the lounge, sitting on reclining chairs or on a comfortable sofa bed, with reading lamps providing excellent lighting. Dimmer switches also help to create a relaxed mood whether reading or watching the TV or a DVD.

In the entrance hall there is a desk and chair and plenty of cupboard space and clothes rack. The bedroom has twin beds with two bedside lockers and reading lights. Mirror fronted fitted wardrobes also house a dressing table and separate hanging space for dresses and blouses and shirts. Bedding is provided and there is a supply of extra blankets and pillows. The shower room has a power shower, toilet and wash basin. Hand and bath towels are provided. An ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials are also provided.
