Located on Military Road just outside the historic centre of Rye, East Sussex, The Knoll Bed and Breakfast is situated in a 1920's cottage style home which sits, as it's name suggests, on a ridge of land overlooking the Royal Military Canal and the Romney Marsh towards Camber and Dungeness. It is a 10 minute walk from The Knoll B&B to the centre of Rye with it's many attractions, pubs and restaurants.

Both of our two rooms are freshly appointed with all the comforts you would expect from a modern bed and breakfast including ensuite shower rooms with power shower, television and, of course, tea and coffee making facilities.

Our rooms are located on the ground floor. The front room has views over the marshes towards Dungenness and Camber whilst the side room looks over our garden. Both rooms are en-suite and have a double bed. A cot or small folding bed to sleep a child may be available on request. The maximum capacity in each room is two adults and one child. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate families larger than this in a single room.

Each morning we serve a hearty cooked full english breakfast with a choice of bacon, sausage, eggs cooked to your liking, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms and beans. Vegetarian and other alternatives are available for guests with dietary restrictions or who just want something different.
