From the A38 follow the Plymouth City Centre signs for 2 3/4 miles, at this point you will need to be in the left hand lane.You will approach a set of traffic lights with a left fork marked "THE BARBICAN-THE HOE-THE SEAFRONT" Take this fork and keep on the road until you come to a set of traffic lights with a pub called THE WALRUS on your left.

Turn Left here, the guest house is at the top of the road, on the right.

Bedrooms and Facilities

All bedrooms have a 22" flat screen digital colour TV's with Freeview, and Radio Alarm Clock. Tea, drinking chocolate and coffee facilities and complimentary biscuits are provided. We also provide a hair dryer, tissues, cotton wool balls, cotton buds, shoe cleaner. There are en suite facilities in all rooms except room 6. En-suites consist of a shower, WC and washbasin. Towels, shampoo and shower gel, hand wash and small bars of soap are provided. All bedrooms are carpeted throughout. Bathrooms have Vinyl flooring. Our beds are normally made with duvets containing anti allergenic materials. All pillows are the same. We use air freshener devices within the bedrooms and public areas. You may be allergic to these so please inform us if you are and they can be removed. We are happy to provide sheets and blankets if preferred. Please specify before your arrival if required. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table in each room. Our bedrooms are not large enough to accommodate additional seating. There is information in each bedroom about the Guest House and details of emergency contacts including doctors and hospitals.

Dining Room
Each morning, in our breakfast room you will be served with a large choice of cereals, fruit juice, fruits and yoghurt. Then this can be followed by freshly cooked traditional breakfast followed by as much tea or fresh filter coffee and toast as you would like. After this you can probably give lunch a miss! Vegetarian visitors can also be catered for and for those requiring a special diet, we can help, just let us know at booking time.
