Overview

There are 4 apartments, 2 of which accommodate 6, 1 accommodates 5 and the last 4. All apartments are well equipped, fully carpeted throughout and comfortably furnished.
They have the following features and facilities:
- full size electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and toaster
- each apartment is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils
- iron and ironing board
- colour television with teletext (one with DVD)
- electric heating
- shower and toilet facilities.

Quilts, quilt covers, sheets, tea towel and holiday insurance are included in the tariff. All beds are fully made up on arrival. Cots & highchairs at no extra cost.

Guy's Cliffe has been established over 50 years, situated in the heart of South Devon’s English Riviera, conveniently located a short flat walk to Preston/Paignton beaches, shopping centres and all local facilities, but in lovely quiet corner. On the SW coast path, a good base for exploring Devon, Cornwall and Dartmoor. Torquay 1 mile, Brixham/Dartmouth 6 miles.

Friendly family owned and run accommodation - as members of both the TSCA (Torbay Self Catering Association) and the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses), the standard of accommodation is assured by yearly inspections.

Wind/kite surfing, Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts, Quay West water park, Paignton/Dartmouth Steam Railway, fishing/boat trips, and of course fresh Brixham fish and Devon Cream Teas! (Just a small selection of some of the things to do)

There is always a large selection of events happening in and around the bay as it is an all year round resort. We have lots of theatres, award winning restaurants and other venues too numerous to mention.

As members of the TSCA guests will have the opportunity of gaining discounts to some of our major attractions including Paignton Zoo and Living Coasts.

Location & area

Situated right in the heart of the English Riviera, conveniently located just round the corner from Preston Sands with it's gently shelving sandy beach and Green with it's brightly coloured beach huts, but in a lovely quiet corner. Paignton beaches, Preston and Paignton shopping centres with all their amenities are a short flat walk away. Torquay is only one mile away to one side of the bay, the fishing port of Brixham to the other side.



The English Riviera has a wealth of attractions and facilities that will appeal to all generations. Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Water Park, Kents Caverns, Living Coasts, Babbacombe Model Village, Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway are all within a 3 mile radius.



Torbay is an ideal base for visiting the rest of the West Country, Cornwall being just across the Tamar bridge at Plymouth, from where it is a short hop on to places such as the Eden Project, the rugged Cornish coast or Bodmin Moor.
