This is a modern home which offers ‘Home from Home comforts’.
There is a spacious lounge with TV and DVD. The kitchen is well-equipped with hob, oven, Washing Machine, Dryer, and Dish Washer. The modern bathroom is downstairs and has a bath/shower combined.
Upstairs is the Master bedroom which has a double bed and enjoys en-suite facilities.
There are a further 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds, and the other a small double.
Duvets and pillow are provided but guests are asked to bring their own linen.

This is a modern home situated in a pleasant area within 5 minutes walking distance of Goodrington Sands Blue Flag Beach. From here you can pick up the coastal footpath which takes you to Paignton in one direction and Brixham in the other.

It is just a 10 minute walk away from Quay West Water Park, Torbay Leisure Centre with sports facilities and swimming pool, and Goodrington Railway Station where you can embark on a Steam Train ride to Dartmouth.
A nine hole Pitch and Putt Golf Course with Driving Range is only a few minutes walk from the house, as is a local parade of shops, Co-op, Chinese, Kebab, and a local pub which offers excellent pub food.
