Paignton Harbour is a short walk away where you can take a boat trip to countless locations. The town offers a shopping area, multiplex cinema, and an Award Winning beach with Pier. From here you can also take a trip on the famous Paignton-Kingswear steam railway.

The house is arranged over 3 floors. On the ground floor is a kitchen/dining area with dishwasher, washing machine, TV etc.
