Overview

We aim to help you enjoy your stay in our 4 Star guesthouse by providing clean, comfortable accommodation, freedom to come and go as you please, good food and friendly service. All our rooms have ensuite facilities, hairdryer, fan, TV, Freeview and beverage making facilities. We are within half a mile (.75 km) of the Seafront Entertainment Venues, beaches and Paignton Green. Events are held locally throughout the summer. A walk of the same distance minute in the opposite direction takes you to the town centre, coach and rail stations and the "Steam Railway". Swimming, bowls, tennis, fishing, bay cruises, entertainment venues - whatever your interest, there is something for everyone, young and old. Lovely scenery, blue flag waters, coastal walks, safe sandy beaches, harbour-side cafes and swaying palms.
Ground Floor Bedrooms available, centrally heated, Special diets catered for;Off road parking available; Fans in rooms.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
  • If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
  • Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
