Large Dinning room with quality dinning furniture including large table and eight chairs (four additional chairs in kitchen will fit around table) again with sea and coastal views.Large study area with desk, chair and broadband connection.Large fully- fitted/ integrated kitchen with dishwasher, fridge- freezer, oven, hob, extractor, microwave, and washer/ drier. Location & area

The beach and park are just a pleasant five-minute stroll away. Then there is the pub right on the beach which serves excellent value for money food, wine and surprisingly enough, beer! This large pub caters for all with one wing ‘Wacky Warehouse’ style for the kids (and parents) and the other end adult dining areas together with a summer beach bar.

The park has miniature golf, a boating lake both powered and pedalled, two go- carting tracks, bouncy castles and a station for the Paignton- Dart steam railway. The track runs the length of the beach for a great view of the old steam trains by all.

Further along the beach you have quality kiosk vending of food, an excellent beach shop, water sports and boat hire and the Quay West Water Park. On the whole, Goodrington is an excellent family resort both day and night. It is safe from traffic, no busy roads to cross and has two large beach areas and lots of rocks to explore.

Paignton harbour and indeed Paignton itself is just over the headland and a ten- minute stroll away.

However, if you want to go further afield, then beautiful Dartmouth is a 15-minute drive away, as is Brixham and Torquay itself. A little further and you have the absolutely stunning Blackpool beach and surrounding countryside, Salcombe and Exmoor National Park with its waterfalls, trails and picnic areas.

If you want to golf, Churston Golf Club and links is just a few minutes drive away with its wonderful coastal views and then on perhaps to the 11th century Churston Inn for lunch or dinner.

Think of the kids again and you have Woodlands Adventure Park which will keep them amused visit after visit. Then there's Paignton Zoo, which is just a great day out for all the family.
